Mr. Tashi Thakchoe la is Commissioned staff of Central Tibetan Administration, Dharamshala and currently working in office of the Kashag.

•    A bit about your school life.
In the year – 1986, I joined as a family member of Tibetan Homes Foundation. Since then, Teachers and Staff members of this institute has taken care and molded us to become better citizens. I was not a bright student but I use to be a good student and I never let others complaint about me. I have a healthy school life and I enjoyed it throughout at my level.

The most wonderful moment in my school time that I will never forget is when we were enjoying the farewell party when we had outing at “Hatipaon” and also Class – XI tours at Delhi when all of our batch mate have lots of moment shared together with full of joy on our face

Mrs. Asheka Tenzin la is one of our ex-staffs currently working as IBMYP Coordinator and IGCSE Coordinator of RBK International Academy Chembur, Mumbai. She is also the head of Middle Years Programme. I.e. Grades 6 to 10.

Here’s a bit of information that she wish to share with us.    

•    Biographical Information:
Born to a family settled in Mumbai, India. My father worked in Mumbai in a German Pharmaceutical company. Mom is a housewife and we are three sisters. We studied in a convent school in Mumbai spending all my life in Mumbai except for the ten years in Mussoorie where I worked in Tibetan Homes Foundation & Mussoorie International School as a teacher.

Mr. Sonam Tashi la alias Ama  is working as a senior pharmaceutical technician, J & J Company, California.

•    A bit about your school life.
School life has always been the most beautiful period of one’s life! I stayed in Tibetan Homes School from 1965 till 1976, graduating myself from commerce stream, Central School for Tibetans. We used to attend CST as a day scholar staying at homes.
