Rebuilding of Lower Old People Residential Home, Rajpur

Comprises:
a) Boarding and Lodging – Double and Single rooms, toilets and bathrooms
b) Staff quarters – Family and single quarers
c) Administrative block

Objectives:
a) To merge the two old people homes at one place
b) Effective administration of the old people residential at one place
c) Ideal atmosphere and environment for Older Persons
d) Optimum usage of the re-location campus & ideal new structure as per needs
e) Additional space available for Tibetan Homes School, Rajpur

Beneficiaries: 110 senior citizens
