CAREER RESOURCE CENTRE - SCHOOL BASED COUNSELLING

 

The Tibetan Homes School features a comprehensive Career Resource Centre and Counselling Cell that together support the holistic development of all students. The Career Resource Centre primarily assists Class XII students as they prepare for graduation, offering guidance on college applications and future career paths through a dedicated Career Counsellor. Additionally, Class X students receive personalized advice on selecting their streams for Class XI. The Counsellor conducts regular classes on career exploration and planning, helping students make informed decisions.

Within the Career Resource Centre, the dedicated career cell provides one-on-one consultations, allowing students to engage in personalized discussions about their aspirations, concerns, and career options. This support empowers students to navigate their educational journeys with confidence.

 

The Counselling Cell plays a vital role in ensuring students’ psychological well-being and mental health. It offers essential services that promote academic success, emotional intelligence, and overall well-being through group and individual counselling. Group sessions cover topics such as admissions to national and international universities, life skills education, scholarship opportunities, ethical values, and parenting counselling. Individual counselling provides a confidential space for students to address personal doubts and emotional challenges, ensuring they receive tailored support on their paths to success.
