School library

 

The library plays a vital role in every school. One of the primary purposes of a school library is to support academic excellence.

1. Our school library has numerous diverse collections of storybooks, reference materials, dictionaries, and subject-related study materials in English, Hindi, and Tibetan.


2. We also receive study materials from numerous Tibetan Trusts and Societies. One of them is SHERIG PARKHAN TRUST, which also provides us with a newspaper in the Tibetan language every month.


3. Additionally, we receive some funding from USAID and TCEWF, which is distributed for conducting three activities in the library
   
   1. Library book purchasing
   2. Library maintenance
   3. Library book event
   

Our school library cultivates a passion for reading and enhances literacy through a varied assortment of books.It also provides a quiet space for personal studies, reflection, and growth, supporting students' emotional and social well-being.

Students Reading Corner

1. Homes Library: We have Three Homes and each has a mini library corner.
2. Canteen Library: During Leisure time while having snacks, the students read a book.
