Teacher Professional Development Program & Professional Growth Plan

As a part of the “School Improvement Plan” two cycled sessions for the Teachers in a year towards the TPD (Teacher Professional Growth) & PGP (Professional Growth Plan). The session aims to provide our educators with a structured roadmap for their continued growth and improvement, ultimately improving student achievement.

 

1. On 14th March 2024, the Teaching Staff of our School submitted their PGP plan for this year, which will be conducted in two sessions later on.


2. On 6th April 2024, TPD Cycle 1st Pre-Conference Plan Submission was done, in which every teacher decided what they would do.


3. The first cycle of TPD 2024 was conducted successfully in two groups.

6. On 24th May & 29th May 2024, Post-Conference & Plan submissions were done in which THE BOOK REVIEWS & READING presentations were presented.


7. On 29th June 2024, the teaching staff of our school conducted the PGP 1st Cycle sharing. All the Teachers were well prepared and presented their PGP topics through PowerPoint presentations.


8. On 2nd August 2024, the TPD Cycle 2nd Pre-Conference Plan Submission was done, in which all the Teachers decided to conduct the SEE LEARNING 101 onlinecourses.


9. On 30th August 2024, the TPD Cycle 2nd post-conferencewas done in which Certificates of SEE LEARNING 101 were submitted by each of the Teachers.
