Parents and Teachers meeting

In our school, parent-teacher meetings are a fundamental part of our strategy to ensure the holistic development of each student. These meetings are organized three to four times each year providing multiple opportunities for teachers and parents to engage in meaningful dialogue about student progress and needs. Specifically, for foster parents, our school schedules regular meetings where teachers and guardians collaborate closely to review and support each child’s development, addressing any specific concerns and celebrating achievements. For biological parents, a comprehensive meeting is arranged after the first semester, offering a thorough discussion of their child's academic and personal growth.

During these meetings, the principal plays a key role by emphasizing the critical importance of the partnership between teachers and parents. The principal articulates how this collaboration contributes to the overall success and well-being of the students. Additionally, our school counselor contributes valuable insights into effective parenting practices, offering guidance on how parents can support their child's learning and development at home.

To enhance the experience, the meetings include visual presentations that showcase various school activities and events. These presentations allow parents to see first-hand the diverse experiences their children are involved in, highlighting their participation and accomplishments. This approach not only fosters a deeper understanding of the school environment but also strengthens the connection between home and school.

Overall, our parent-teacher meetings are designed to foster a collaborative environment where open communication, mutual support, and active parental involvement are prioritized. By working together, we aim to create a supportive framework that promotes each child’s academic success and personal growth, ensuring they receive the comprehensive support needed to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
